Chris Collinson – Managing Director

 

Chris Collinson is the founder and managing director of Corporate Security Group. Chris is very well known in the Security Industry and has many years experience within this Sector having worked for various companies before branching out on his own with Sovereign Security Solutions. Sovereign was a huge success and really changed the door scene in Auckland City for a number of years, having sold this earlier this year Chris is once again out to change and improve the Security standards across the City.

 

Chris really focuses on Customer Service and ensures that anyone that works for him is of the highest standard in the Industry and ensures that they receive ongoing training in Customer Service and also Conflict Resolution and also safe Self Defence techniques. Chris is very hands on within the business and can often be found working in venues alongside the teams or out and about ensuring that his strict standards are being maintained in every venue.

Our Approach

Our recruitment policy is very robust we only want the best people working for us. All of our team must pass rigid background checks and also regular random drug tests. All of our team are up to date with current legislation and possess a valid Certificate of Approval. We offer ongoing ICS Close Quarter Combat and SAFE Self Defence workshops to our team to ensure they are trained to a very high level when it comes to conflict management and de-escalation.

We hold regular team meetings and debrief where we role play and discuss scenarios to ensure our team are constantly learning and evolving. We have a very smart professional appearance with our Uniform and we keep our dress and grooming to a very high standard. We have a positive relationship with the Police and also the Liquor Licensing Agency which is very important to ourselves, you and your venue.

Our leadership team are very hands-on and can often be found working alongside the teams in your venues to ensure our high standards and also your expectations are met and exceeded.
